Entry Five, Part 7 of 8: 1658 Hours: As we travel past West Point, a military academy whose historic importance stretches back to the Revolutionary War, Ms. Conroy and Taelo take in the view. Less obviously, we're also passing over the deepest stretch of the Hudson River. Known as World's End, the river just ahead of us is more than 200 feet deep! (That's deep enough to stack two Half Moons on top of each other, masts and all, without breaking the surface.)
